90th Anniversary Celebrations Fun Run Walk & Health Fair

Join us in celebrating the 90th Anniversary of St. Joseph's Parish! Get ready for an extraordinary event filled with surprises and excitement.

Introducing "Shades of Green" - a fun-filled Run, Walk, and Visitation Ministry Health Fair that will leave you feeling healthier and happier.

November 16th, Fun, Run Walk starts at 6:30 in the morning and last until 9am. Father Martin Gomes Hall, Church Grounds, Boyd Road

For only ten dollars, you can participate in the Fun, Run Walk and experience a morning filled with exhilaration. Lace up your sneakers, gather your friends and family, and join us for a day of healthy activities.

From 9a.m that morning to 3 in the afternoon prepare to be educated and inspired at our Health Talk & Presentations. Discover the secrets to a balanced lifestyle through topics such as: Let Food Be Your Medicine, Love your Body, Mental Health, Zumba, Platinum Health and Wellness, Food & Nutrition, and more.

Don't miss the opportunity to receive medical screenings by the Ministry of Health & Wellness. Learn about natural vegetation and cell foods samples, understand insurance coverage tips, and even donate blood. Plus, have a chance to win amazing prizes!
